Christmas is almost upon us, so that can only mean one thing…
It’s time for some doomsday predictions, courtesy of Baba Vanga.
The legendary blind Bulgarian mystic is credited with predicting many of history’s greatest events, including the Chernobyl disaster, 9/11, the Covid pandemic and the death of Princess Diana.
And even though she has been dead for 27 years, people still follow her prophecies with great devotion.
His loyal followers claim that many of his predictions came true long after his death, and that there are many more to come.
So now is the time to consider what awaits us in 2024.
Assassination attempt against Vladimir Putin
THE Russian president isn’t the most popular man in the world, so he needs to watch his back. A lot.
And apparently next year he will face an assassination attempt, not by an international agent but by someone from his own country.
However, according to Astrofame, Vanga only predicted an “attempt” on Putin’s life. Perhaps the only reason he manages to survive is the warning from the deceased clairvoyant…
Terrorist attacks in Europe
The Russian leader is not alone in facing an existential threat. Next year, Europe would be prepared to suffer a terrorist attack by Islamic extremists and a “major country” would carry out biological weapons tests or assaults next year.
Vanga, nicknamed “Nostradamus of the Balkans”, did not specify where exactly in Europe these strikes would take place, so, if you take her word for it, we will all have to be on guard.
Major economic crisis
Many of us are used to dire financial predictions, but it’s still disturbing to learn that Vanga predicted a massive global economic crisis.
According to Astrofameit envisioned the convergence of a number of different factors, including rising debt levels, increasing geopolitical tensions, and the shift of economic power from the West to the East.
Technological revolution
Artificial general intelligence is a hot topic in technology, but next year will be all about quantum computing, according to the Bulgarian oracle.
Vanga predicted a major breakthrough in this field, which exploits the laws of quantum mechanics to solve problems too complex for classical computers.
This will lead to an unprecedented technological revolution, affecting every area of life: from healthcare to cybersecurity. And maybe that will help solve all these economic problems.
An increase in cyberattacks
If biological and terrorist attacks weren’t enough, 2024 will also see an increase in cyberattacks, according to Vanga.
And these won’t be discrete hacks, but large-scale attacks on critical infrastructure, including power grids and water treatment facilities.
The question is: will these quantum computers cause the crises or help solve them?
Medical breakthroughs
Of course, disaster after disaster looms, but it’s not all bad.
According to History of the skythe blind soothsayer predicted that humanity would shackle cancer “with chains of iron,” and 2024 could be the year it happens.
She apparently also predicted a significant advance in the treatment of patients with Alzheimer’s disease.
But let’s be clear, Vanga was far from infallible.
This year, we were supposed to see the explosion of a large nuclear power plant – causing toxic clouds to settle over Asia – and a new religion based on artificial intelligence would emerge.
Still, 2023 is not over yet and it was extremely close to the truth with some of its other prophecies.
The mystic claimed that the Earth would be hit by a devastating solar storm and undergo a potentially apocalyptic change in its orbit around the sun.
And even though we’ve managed to escape the apocalypse so far, last August NASA detected a massive sunspot with the power to cause solar flares and “coronal mass ejections” of solar plasma and potentially wreak havoc on power grids and other infrastructure.
Last week it also emerged that The Earth’s axis is moving.
Nevertheless, it is important to note that Vanga’s predictions are cryptic and impossible to verify.
She was unable to write, so everything she said was documented by those around her, meaning there are no first-hand accounts of her visions on paper.
Countless Bulgarian and Soviet scientists studied and tested Vanga throughout her life, ultimately concluding that she had an 85 percent success rate in her predictions. History of the sky reports.
She even planned her own death on August 11, 1996, at the age of 85.
All we can do now is hope that his apocalyptic visions for the rest of this year and next year fall within that 15% margin of error…
