Bulgarian and Romanian Economy Ministers to open conference with business representatives from both countries

Minister of Economy and Industry Bogdan Bogdanov and his Romanian counterpart, Minister of Economy, Entrepreneurship and Tourism Stefan-Radu Oprea will open a Bulgarian business conference on Thursday at 11 a.m. in Ruse -Romanian on the European path towards economic security and sustainable integration, Bogdanov said. the ministry said on Tuesday.

The main topic will be the losses for the region and investors due to the postponement of the two countries’ accession to the Schengen area from the point of view of foreign bilateral chambers of commerce.

The region’s economic future, key infrastructure projects and best business practices are also expected to be discussed.

The event will bring together investors, representatives of foreign and local businesses and chambers of commerce from both countries.

European deputies, representatives of the diplomatic corps and local authorities are also invited.

The forum is organized by the Ministries of Economy of Bulgaria and Romania.
