Bulgarian e-commerce specialist AIOPSGROUP is part of the Valantic software powerhouse

• Bulgarian e-commerce startup AIOPSGROUP joins digital solutions and software company Valantic.•

• The acquisition aims to further strengthen Valantic’s position in the European e-commerce market.

Founded in 2019 by CEO Don Santrac and CTO Slavy Slavov, AIOPSGROUP specializes in designing and optimizing B2C and B2B purchasing solutions for blue-chip global retailers using the Salesforce Commerce platform.

AIOPSGROUP’s proprietary monitoring solution improves customer experience, optimizes sales and payment channels and prevents fraud, thereby increasing ROI for its clients, including brands such as PUMA, Rossignol, Fenix ​​​​Outdoor, MCM Worldwide and Acne Studios.

The tracking tool tracks over 200 real-time key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales, payment and order transactions, and monitors data exchange with product information systems (PIM) and order management systems (WHO).

Strengthen its European presence

With more than 3,500 specialist consultants and solution developers, Valantic is represented in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, the Netherlands, Portugal and many other international locations. The latest acquisition now means the German powerhouse is strengthening its presence in the European Salesforce and retail market.

The newly established competence center will focus on serving global retailers with complex B2B and B2C e-commerce platforms, AIOPSGROUP says.
