Presidents of Serbia and Bulgaria, Alexandre Vucic And Rumen Radevattended the start of the work on Wednesday during a site near the capital Sofia, where the 62-kilometer section of the pipeline is to be connected by the end of the year to a 108-kilometer section on the Serbian side.
