According to him, the contours of this increased communication are already emerging in terms of attitudes and political decisions coming from Brussels, but also from other important centers.

“In a short time, as we announced, we managed to put Bosnia and Herzegovina back at the center of our concerns and we continue to work on it, and these opportunities allow us to achieve this,” stressed the head of Bosnia and Herzegovina. diplomacy.

Konaković leads many activities of the Bosnia and Herzegovina delegation on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly session in New York. He mentioned, among other things, the meeting organized by the heads of Italian, Croatian and Slovenian diplomacy with the foreign ministers of the Western Balkan countries.

“These three countries are truly and altruistically campaigning for our countries to join the European Union as quickly as possible. We have adopted concrete conclusions, we have created a working group that will meet within the UN, work together and push for the fastest possible expansion of the Union and the best possible position of our countries in this process,” Minister Konaković emphasized. .

An exceptionally active working day in the delegation of Bosnia and Herzegovina in New York, complemented by participation in a meeting on sustainable development and by participation in an event on artificial intelligence as one of the development tools of the The economy organized by Japan, the United States, Singapore, Great Britain and a few other countries. It was also an opportunity to meet US Secretary of State Antony Blinken, who organized another important event at which Minister Konaković was also present. They talked about the increasing number of deaths from synthetic drugs and the coalition that Secretary of State Blinken has put together on behalf of the United States that is working very well.
