Under the organization of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of North Macedonia, Bujar Osmaniin Skopje the initiative of the four Western Balkan countries was launched which aligned 100% foreign and security policy with that of the EU – QUAD.
The non-formal initiative brings together Albania, Kosovo, North Macedonia and Montenegro.
This The framework of states continuously aligns and updates the foreign and security policy of the EU and the United States, in particular with regard to the imposition of sanctions against Russia, following the unprovoked aggression of Russia in Ukraine.
Alongside the host, Minister Osmani, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora of Kosovo, Kreshnik AhmetiMinister of Europe and Foreign Affairs of Albania, Olta Xhaçkaand the foreign policy advisor of Montenegro, George Radulovic.
